Twin Lakes Country Club

Project Summary: Twin Lakes Country Club project comprises the construction of 52 luxury timber framed lodges situated near the Cumbria / Lancashire border on the edge of the Lake District National Park and AONB. The redevelopment of the former fisheries site into a holiday home park has been ongoing since 2015 and works completed thus far include extensive site works and landscaping including the formation of footpaths and cycle ways which can be enjoyed by residents along with construction of circa 50% of the planned holiday homes. Planning permission has also been obtained for the Client by lead design consultant HPA for high quality dining, leisure and spa facilities on the site.

Services Provided: The DLP team were appointed by the Client to carry out Quantity Surveying services on this negotiated tender project.
