Services Provided: The DLP team were appointed by the Client to undertake traditional Quantity Surveying services on the Project. At the Pre-Contract stage DLP prepared tender documentation and administered the tender process and advised the Client on the award of contract for the works, During the post contract phase DLP carried out interim valuations, reviewed variations claims and agreed the final account under the JCT Intermediate contract.
