St Peter’s Church Hall
Project Summary: The project comprised the renovation and modernisation of the existing Church Hall which had been originally converted in the 1960’s. The development has created an exciting new facility which will be used by the church and the wider community.
The refurbishment works saw the formation of a new first floor meeting room, the creation of a parish office and a complete overhaul of the ground floor meeting area. This ground floor space will also be used as a tea room during the summer months. The works also comprised the installation of new heating, lighting and insulation in addition to the installation of a small element of photovoltaic roof panels.
Services Provided: DLP were appointed to provide pre-contract budget advice in the form of an outline Budget Cost Estimate for the works. A further appointment was made to prepare tender documentation and complete post contract Quantity Surveying services on the project.
