St Helen’s Church, Overton

Project Summary: The project comprised the re-roofing of the 12th century Grade II listed church building, together with internal refurbishments to ceilings and replacement timber works. The works had to be handled sensitively and this was achieved by working closely with a range of building heritage experts to ensure the character and authenticity of the building’s original features were maintained.

Services Provided: The DLP team were appointed to act as Quantity Surveyors on this 22 week project
