Sports Hub for Accrington Stanley Community Trust

The Stanley Sports Hub is a state of the art community facility developed and operated by Accrington Stanley Community Trust. Situated at Higham Playing Fields in Accrington, the Sports Hub provides fantastic indoor and outdoor facilities including a full size floodlit artificial football pitch, three grass pitches which will cater for various formats of football and rugby along with an ECB approved artificial cricket wicket. Internally the Sports Hub building provides four FA standard changing rooms, fully fitted with showers and toilet facilities, two officials changing rooms and a first aid room. Also included within the development are two state of the art education suites available to use for a variety of activities such as education courses, meetings and workshops. The facility is served by a 50 seat cafeteria and breakout space for participants, parents to relax and enjoy hot and cold refreshments.

Services Provided: The DLP team were appointed by the Client to carry out the role of Employers Agent and to undertake Quantity Surveying services on the Project.
