Redevelopment of Slyne with Hest Church Hall
Project Summary: The project comprised the demolition of the existing Church hall and the construction of new modern facility that is intended to be the focal point for the community. The multi-functional facility consisting of main hall, meeting room and café space with full catering kitchen was constructed utilising Kingspan TEK insulated structural panels and finished externally in coloured render.
Services Provided: DLP were appointed to provide pre and post contract Quantity Surveying services on this project which was completed over a 40 week period in 2019.
