Shackleton Hall, Colne

Project Summary: The works at Shackleton Hall comprised the redevelopment and refurbishment of a Grade II listed building to form both retail space and office accommodation. Sympathetic restoration of the existing façade and retail arcade have brought this former un-loved building which had been placed on the English Heritage’s at risk register back into use. The works included repairs to existing materials affected by both dry and wet rot along with the installation of new highly efficient mechanical and electrical services.

Services Provided: DLP were appointed to act as Employers Agents and were required to undertake other essential Quantity Surveying services on the joint venture project which was completed for PEARL2.
