Ringtail Retail Park, Burscough

Project Summary: Works on the Ringtail Retail Park have been split over multiple phases with the initial works comprising the construction of a 30,000 sq ft supermarket for EH Booth & Co Ltd. The design and build of the store was made to resemble an aircraft hangar as the site was previously used during World War 2 as an airfield. The project has also included the creation of a memorial garden for the Royal Naval Air Station monument which was relocated to a fully accessible, safer and more prominent position on the site. Additional phases of the development have included the construction of a further 4 retail units together with associated parking, service roads, hardstandings and a petrol filling station.

Services Provided: The DLP team were appointed by the Client to carry out the role of Employers Agent and to undertake Quantity Surveying services on the Project which has been administered under JCT D&B contracts..
