Northlight Residential Development Phase Two

Project Summary: The project consisted of a continuation from the Phase One works and comprised the additional refurbishment of the Grade II listed mill complex into 45 two bed luxurious modern apartments. In addition to the formation of the residential units, the Contractor also completed the construction of a resident’s lounge, gym and undercroft car park. Regeneration of the former Smith & Nephew site which had been placed on the Heritage at Risk Register included essential repair works to the existing fabric of the building include re-roofing works, replacement of external doors and windows, cleaning and repair to external masonry together with treatment of existing steelwork.

Services Provided: The DLP team continued their appointment as Employers Agent together with providing other essential Quantity Surveying Services for the joint venture company PEARL (BM) Ltd.
