Northlight Residential Development Phase One, Brierfield
Project Summary: The project which is due to be completed in August 2020 has involved the refurbishment of the Grade II listed mill complex into 36 two bed luxurious modern apartments. Regeneration of the former Brierfield Mills site, while preserving its historic architectural features and unique character, marked an exciting new chapter in the life of this iconic building which can be seen from the M65.
Services Provided: The DLP team were appointed to act as Employers Agent together with undertaking other essential Quantity Surveying Services on this project for the joint venture company PEARL 2.
