Phase Two Residential Development at Carry Lane, Colne
Project Summary: The works comprised the design and construction of 21 Nr three and four bedroom stone built residential properties. The challenging sloping site meant undercroft garages and lounges were incorporated into the design to maximise the space for purchasers. The site is nestled on a tranquil hillside, close to Colne town centre, and benefits from beautiful views of the surrounding scenery including Boulsworth Hill and Trawden Forest.
Services Provided: The DLP team were appointed to act as Employers Agent along with undertaking other essential Quantity Surveying Services on this project for the joint venture company PEARL 2.
