Alterations & Extension at Bay View Garden Centre, Bolton Le Sands, Carnforth
Project Summary: The project comprised the construction of extension to the existing building & construction of a new lightweight canopy structure all to provide a new café/restaurant facility along with office facilities, retail space and toilet facilities. A new access road with car/lorry parking areas were formed to accommodate the increased visitors to the site along with new hardstandings, paths and paved areas, fencing and landscaping. This is the second project completed on the Bay View Garden Centre site, with DLP being appointed to provide Quantity Surveying services during the mid 2000’s for a smaller extension project.
